Returns and Exchanges Policy

Dear customer

We ask that the goods returned or exchanged be in an unaltered condition (unused, clean, odorless, with labels and undamaged packaging). Otherwise, we will be forced to refuse the return or exchange.

 

How do I return the product?

  1. Log in to your account and select the item you would like to return from the returns panel.
  2. In the next steps, select the method of returning the product and the form in which you want to receive the refund.
  3. Generate the return documents together with the information label, then print them and sign the return document. Attach the document to the package and attach the information label to the package.
  4. Send the parcel to the address of the return point.
  5. After receiving and accepting the returned product, we will refund the cost within 7 days in the form you have chosen.

How to replace the product?

  1. Log in to your account and then select "add return/exchange" in the customer panel
  2. Select the order from which you want to exchange the product.
  3. Select the product you want to replace.
  4. In the following steps, select the method of returning the exchanged product and as a form of reimbursement choose: CUSTOMER BALANCE (The balance amount in the trade credit will appear in the client panel is assigned to the client, not the order. The balance can be used to exchange goods or pay for the next order. Any overpayment remains to be used in future orders, while the underpayment resulting from too little funds on the account can be paid when placing the order)
  5. Proceed to confirm the return/exchange request.
  6. Generate the return/exchange documents with the information label, then print them and sign the return/exchange document. Attach the document to the package and attach the information label to the package.
  7. Send the parcel to the address of the return point.
  8. Upon receipt of the exchanged product by Us, the amount corresponding to the amount of the exchanged product will be refunded to Your CUSTOMER BALANCE. You will be able to use this amount for re-purchase or exchange in Our Store.

How to complain the product?

  1. Log in to your account and then in the customer panel in the complaints tab select "add complaint"
  2. Select the order from which you want to advertise the product.
  3. Choose the product you want to advertise.
  4. Describe the defect of the product in the designated field. You can also attach a photo showing the described defect.
  5. Choose the method of delivery of the advertised product.
  6. Select your product delivery point.
  7. Choose the method and form of complaint processing.
  8. Proceed to submit your request.
  9. Send the parcel to the address of the complaint point.
  10. After receiving and analyzing the advertised product, you will be immediately informed of the decision.

We would like to emphasize very clearly the fact that in order for the complaint to be actually recognized, the defect of the goods being its basis cannot occur through the fault of the buyer. In this case, the seller has the right to reject the claim.

The cause of such a defect may be:

  • using the goods not in accordance with its intended purpose (e. g. when the user trains in clothing that is not clothing intended for sports)
  • Failure to follow instructions (e. g. when clothes were washed at the wrong temperature or inappropriate cleaning agents were used)
